Take my word for it: the chicken shawarma is fantastic. But if you don’t take my word for it, take the word of Jay Hinson, Cheesecake Factory’s SVP of operations, who also calls it his favorite. You’re kind of spoiled for choice in the handheld sandwich/burger section, as well as anything seafood, but man, I’m going to dream about that pita pocket until I get back out to New Jersey.
